Which specific languages do you provide telephone interpreting service for?

Do I need to schedule a telephone interpreter in advance?

No. We have telephone interpreters available 24/7. However, we do recommend scheduling an interpreter at least four to five days in advance if you require a relatively rare language such as Tibetan or Soninke.

Please note there will be a $25.00 cancellation fee if you need to cancel a pre-scheduled interpretation call with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Do you have different rates for different languages?

No. All languages cost the same.

How much does the service cost?

The Monthly Subscription costs $20 per month, while the Annual Subscription costs $200 per year. Your subscription will renew at the selected frequency until canceled.

Both subscription types receive 10 free telephone interpreting minutes each month. Any extra minutes you use will be billed once a month at the rate of $2.00 per minute.
